Name: Mala Drakkon

Age: 21

Hair: Her long dark hair is very curly, bordering on unruly, but she normally wears it up

Eyes: Light gray

Height: 5’8”

Other physical attributes (include style of dress, build, etc.):  Very feminine build, she moves with a catlike grace. Wears blue, green, or purple dresses that are quite revealing. Her large, innocent-looking gray eyes contradict everything else about her.

Gifts (channeling, wolfkin, etc.):  Female channeler

Personality: Prim and proper, at least on the surface. Has a horrible temper, but seldom makes a direct move against anyone or shows her anger. Rarely drops the pleasant façade she has, even when making scornful comments. A few of the sisters at the Tower who have seen through her pleasant exterior have nicknamed her ‘the snake’.

Power strength:  7 (she has reached her full potential)

History: Mala is the daughter of a widowed seamstress from Arad Doman. She doesn't remember her father, who supposedly disappeared when she was a baby. Recruited to the White Tower when she was sixteen, she was raised to the level of Accepted in less than two years. She is an excellent student when it comes to learning weaves, but she is arrogant, and that arrogance has kept her from the earning the shawl. Due to a few sisters who are well aware of her true attitude and tendencies, she spends quite a bit of time working in the kitchens—they gave up sending her to the Mistress of Novices once they realized she enjoyed the pain.

Though she manages to remain outwardly pleasant, she resents the sisters at the Tower and feels they are not promoting her because they fear her potential. To accommodate, she spends as much time as she can researching and experimenting with different weaves in an effort to learn as much as she can. So far, she has done well learning the "forbidden" weaves on her own and has managed to discover Compulsion and Balefire, as well as how to invert weaves. She realizes if the sisters ever found out, she would be in great trouble, so she keeps her knowledge to herself.

While outwardly courteous to most people, she is quite jealous of anyone who displays talent equal or greater than hers, and has, in the past, plotted against Accepted and novices who do so. More often than not, she manages to drive her perceived enemies from the Tower, though the sisters and Amyrlin never realize the level of her involvement.

Mala wants power, and does not care who gives it to her. She has considered leaving to attend the Black Tower, and if she believes she will find more power and influence there, that is where she will go now that the agreement between the Towers is in place. She is fascinated with stories from the Third Age, particularly the tales of the Forsaken and the Dark One, and though she knows it is not possible, she secretly wishes she could swear to the Dark One because she knows he could give her the power she desires.

Weapons (swords, knives, etc.): None.

Organization/affiliation/status/light or Darkfriend: Aes Sedai; currently plotting with Dawyn Niall, the head of the Whitecloaks

Skills (hunting/tracking, blademaster, etc.): None.

Warders/Companions/Pets: None, though she is looking for a Warder and intends to bond one whether the White Tower approves or not (traditional Warder bonds are now frowned upon).
