Faolain Orande An Accepted in the White Tower. After the schism, she joins the Salidar Aes Sedai. She is raised to Aes Sedai and joins the Blue Ajah. She has dark, curly hair and a round face. She has a dark complexion. Theodrin is stronger in the One Power than Faolain. Faolain has disappeared and cannot be found. (CoT,Ch30)
Jain Charin, aka Jain Farstrider A hero of the northern lands who journeyed to many lands and had many adventures; the author of several books, as well as being the subject of books and stories. He vanished in 981 NE, after returning from a trip into the Great Blight which some say had taken him all the way to Shayol Ghul. About twenty years ago, Jain Charin arrives at Stedding Shangtai near death. He quickly gets well in the stedding. He leaves suddenly, but while he is there he tells the Ogier that he plans to carry a message to Tar Valon that the Dark One intents to blind the Eye of the World. (TEotW,Ch42)
Lady Moiraine of House Damodred An Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. Her Warder is Lan. She is a Cairhienin of noble birth. Her older sisters are Anvaere and Innloine. She has large, dark eyes and dark hair hanging in ringlets. She is barely tall enough to come up to Rand's chest. A delicate gold chain fastened in her hair supports a small, sparkling blue stone in the middle of her forehead. When she was young she was impetuous and hot-tempered. She is about 5' or 5'2". Moiraine places the ivory bracelet next to the twisted red doorway and writes letters to Rand and Thom Merrilin. The next morning when Lanfear attacks Rand, Moiraine leaps at her and they both fall into the twisted red doorway. (TFoH,Ch52)
Martine Janata An Aes Sedai who specialized in the study of ter'angreal. Circa 975 NE - After forty years of study she is stilled by an unknown ter'angreal. She disappears from the White Tower. (TPoD,Ch2)
Nianh An Aes Sedai. She is advisor to Queen Ethenielle of Kandor. She leaves without warning when news of the White Tower split arrives. (TPoD,Prologue)
Nicola Treehill A weaver from Ghealdan, engaged to Hyran. She becomes a novice of the Salidar Aes Sedai. She has almost as much potential as Egwene and has two Talents - Foretelling and seeing ta'veren. She is about the same age and height as Nynaeve. She is slender and dark haired with big eyes. She has dark eyes. She is in her mid twenties. She has black eyes. Nicola disappears from the Salidar Aes Sedai camp. (CoT,Ch30)
Shemerin A sister of the Yellow Ajah. She remains loyal to the White Tower. She is plump. A slightly plump woman, she had somehow never really managed the outward calm of Aes Sedai; there was often a strain of anxiety around her eyes.  Elaida punishes Shemerin demoting her to Accepted. (TFoH,Ch49) Shemerin runs away from the White Tower. (LoC,Ch7)
